I recently read a rant on A List Apart where the author complained about the lack of a contact submission form on many web sites, and instead providing only mailto: links. I personally always thought that mailto: was the correct way to do this sort of thing, but then again, I have my own domain and a fancy mail client. The problem is, many people rely completely on various webmail services. And when such a person clicks on a mailto: link, it launches whatever mail application came with thier system, which they've never configured, and many find this confusing. So, for all you insufferable luddites, I've provided this friendly little mail submission form.
